MAMAK !!

It was last Tuesday when I had my dinner at a malaysian restaurant known as MAMAK 2gether with my Sydney friends. Just to get into the restaurant we had 2 queue for approximately 20-25 minutes. Well, i guess i dun have 2 describe much bout the food as they're all shown below. Not too expensive yet it makes u feel like going again.!

Winter Break Holidays....

One word says it all.... FUN!! it was a whole lot of fun during this one-month winter holiday. I went Canberra and Melbourne despite the rapidly increasing numbers of H1N1 cases.haha. I guess i've spent this break to the max. Love to meet up again with some of my ex-Taylor's friends. But now, i'm back here in Sydney to continue my 2nd semester which has begun this week!!

Feels sad to say goodbye 2 them but we'll meet again very soon.!! Really had a great time 2gether with them. Thanks for the food, accommodation and of coz the great & nice places. Yea, i spent a lot this holidays mainly for all the nice food, souvenirs, transportation and so on. But it's worth it!

Yet, the onli thing i cant buy is time!! i wish i could spend more time with all u guys. hope 2 c all of u soon. Cheers =)

Finally.....bye sem 1

Finally, i can say gudbye 2 semester 1 of my Uni life. what a huge relief..... yea, time really travel fast around sydney...(copied from hagrid in harry potter where he used to say "time travels really fast around hogwarts"). Oh yea, i had my last paper 2day which was the commercial law paper. Well, i'm not gonna talk bout the paper but it's about the venue. I sat for the paper in the MacLaurin Hall in the main quad. I was really impressed by the design of the hall which looks so much like the main hall in Hogwarts with some portraits hanging on the wall.

Yea, now i can really enjoy my 1-month break b4 semester 2 begins. Woohoo...really looking forward to enjoy this winter break 2 the max !!

I juz realised it's been ages since i last touched this blog. Mayb i shud just declare it as dead. Probably this is due to the exams.... Anyway, i'm back now. So, the last post was about Mother's Day. So, i assumed i shud post sth about Father's Day this time around.

Happy Mother's Day!!!

I guessed this post is lil bit late but anyway, here's some update about what I've done for this year's Mother's Day. To all the mum in the world, Happy Mother's Day!!!

This year, I wasnt at home 2 celebrate this special day. So, what i did was I called her up and wished her three simple words "HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY". On top of that, I baked her a special cheesecake and I showed that to her via pictures. And i promised her that I will bake her this cheesecake when I go back Malaysia. Sorry mom, but I'll have to share this cake with my friends here =p. This was the very 1st time I baked a cake. Luckily, I did not fail and received positive comments from fellow friends regarding the cake. So, here's my cheesecake....

ingredients and baking tools...

crushed the biscuits

whisked the mixture....

added some lemon flavour....

prepared the base and side...

poured in the mixture....

decorated with walnuts....

put some icing....

after a few hours in the fridge...
